Day 1

Check into the hotel any time after 4 p.m.
Welcome Table for arrival.
7 p.m.: Welcome Reception at the Roscommon Lounge at Ocean Edge Resort.

Day 2

7-9 a.m.: Breakfast buffet in The Mansion’s Great Hall.
Enjoy 18 holes of golf with golf cart and equipment included. Please see the Additional Information section for more details on scheduling your tee time and golf course dress code.

Day 3

7-9 a.m.: Breakfast buffet in The Mansion’s Great Hall.
A day at your leisure.
5-8:30 p.m.: Farewell dinner at Old Yarmouth Inn; includes transportation, dinner buffet and 2 hours of unlimited beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Pickup at 5 p.m., dinner from 6-8 p.m. and drop-off at 8:30 p.m. Note: Children 2 and under must be seated on a parent’s lap while aboard the dinner shuttle.

Day 4

7-9 a.m.: Breakfast buffet in The Mansion’s Great Hall.
Check out of the hotel by 11 a.m.

We base children’s pricing on their age at the time of travel. Their reservation has to be booked and paid for in order for you to check them in.

Please remember to book a reservation for everyone you’re bringing along on your DreamTrip before you travel. Otherwise, they’ll be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

Golf:
• Course Dress Code: Bermuda length shorts, slacks and shirts with a collar are acceptable. Soft spiked golf shoes are required and are not provided. Denim, t-shirts and open toe shoes are not permitted.
• Tee times begin at 8 a.m. and every 10 minutes thereafter. Please telephone the golf pro shop at 774-323-6200 to schedule your preferred time.

Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is Barnstable Municipal Airport (HYA). We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

Make sure to arrange your own transfers between the airport and your hotel, as they’re not included in the trip price.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, there will be no fee for the name change(s). If you change any name(s) on your booking 44 to 31 days before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.

Members can’t combine DreamTrips Rewards Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Rewards Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip.

Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

As always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the necessary identification required for the specific country you’re traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of the trip.

Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, your DreamTrips Specialist may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.

Members with additional people in room, not booked prior to travel, will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.
